Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods so you can choose the speed that works best for your order:

Ground Shipping
Our standard shipping method. Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped via ground service at the best available rate to your location.

Ground Express Shipping
Our premium shipping service. Orders with Ground Express are prioritized in our fulfillment queue—moving to the front of the line for preparation and packaging. We also review carrier rates to find the fastest delivery options available, helping you receive your order as quickly as possible within our shipping window.

Processing Time

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days

  • We do not ship on weekends

  • Ground Express orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) ship the same day

  • Orders placed after this time ship the next business day

Tracking Information

Your tracking information will be emailed once your order has been handed to the carrier.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

  • If no updates are visible after 48 hours, contact us at support@vagmafia.com

Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

  • Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe

  • Delays may occur due to weather or carrier-related issues

  • Please use your tracking number for real-time updates

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying all applicable fees

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates

International shipments may take longer to update tracking information. Please allow additional time beyond the standard 24–48 hours.

Additional Shipping Policies

Freight Forwarders
Vagmafia reserves the right to refuse shipments to freight forwarders.

Costume Designers
Orders shipped to costume design companies are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
