At Vagmafia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.
1. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility

All products are eligible for return to our European warehouse.

Custom or personalized items can only be returned if there is a valid issue, such as:

Incorrect color

In these cases, we offer either a replacement or a full refund.
3. Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival before approval.
4. How to Return a Product

Log in to your Vagmafia account

Go to your dashboard and select the order you wish to return

Click “Return” to generate your free return ticket (includes warehouse address)

Ship the item according to the provided instructions

5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are available as:

Original payment method (processed within 1–7 business days)

Vagmafia account balance (instant)
For eligible custom items, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
6. Exceptions
Custom or personalized items without defects or issues (size, color, etc.) are not eligible for return.
7. International Returns

Returns are accepted worldwide

Return shipping is free, covered via the provided return ticket
8. Processing Time

Returns are reviewed within 24–48 hours of arrival

Approved refunds or replacements are processed immediately
